DAYTON FIRE FIGHTERS, IAFF LOCAL 136
INTERNATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF FIREFIGHTERS
The IAFF Center of Excellence for Behavioral Health Treatment and Recovery is a one-of-a-kind addiction treatment facility specializing in PTSD for IAFF members – and IAFF members only – who are struggling with addiction, PTSD other related behavioral health challenges to receive the help they need in taking the first steps toward recovery. It is a safe haven for members to talk with other members who have faced or overcome similar challenges.
The introduction of HB510 is another dangerous attempt to make Ohio a so-called “Right to Work” state. This isn’t about “rights” or “work.” It’s an attack on Labor that strips protections from working people and silences their voice.
The continuous attacks from these extreme politicians at the Ohio Statehouse are targeting the very rights that ensure fair wages, safe working conditions, and dignified retirements for Ohio’s workers.
The OAPFF will always stand with our sisters and brothers of organized labor and every working person in Ohio.

The 2025 Lateral Class is 4 weeks in going strong. This workout is called the “Twosie” and is a long standing tradition at the Dayton Fire Academy. It’s tough. It’s difficult. And it’s good preparation for the work they will do out in the district. #bluecollarfiremen #iaff #firefighter #local136 #trainyourprobie #daytonfire #firefighting #leadfromthefront #fire #daytonfire #workouts ...
